El objetivo de este curso es desarrollar programas específicos de nutrición adaptados a las necesidades y patologías de los ancianos, en base al conocimiento de los principios básicos nutricionales de los alimentos y la valoración del estado nutricional del anciano.
Los módulos formativos se dividen en temas relacionados con los recursos didácticos, la impartición y tutorización de acciones formativas, la evaluación del aprendizaje y la orientación laboral, entre otras cosas.
